Tours are arranged one at a time and scheduled around resident privacy. Families live here. It is their home, not an exhibit.
What to expect
Residents did not sign up to be visited.
A tour here is not a walk through occupied units. You will see the building, the common spaces, and the parts of the program that do not intrude on anyone’s home, and you will have an hour with someone who can answer real questions about how the work is done.
If a resident chooses to speak with visitors, that is her decision and hers alone. We do not arrange it in advance, and no one is asked.
Ground rules
What we ask

No photography
No photos or video of families, children, units, or the exterior. This has no exceptions.
No recording
Audio recording is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Confidentiality
Anything you see or overhear stays here, including names and circumstances.
Scheduled in advance
Drop-in visits are not possible. We schedule around the household, not the visitor.
Small groups
Six people or fewer. Larger groups can be hosted off site.

Shared when a tour is confirmed, not published. Please do not post it.
