A pledge is a commitment to give a set amount over time. It lets us plan, and it lets you give more than you could in one payment.
Why it matters
A commitment we can count on is worth more than a gift we hope for.
Most charitable giving arrives in a few weeks at the end of the year. The needs it funds arrive every week. A pledge evens that out, which means we can commit to staffing and programming months ahead instead of quarter to quarter.
It also lets you make a larger commitment than a single payment would allow, spread across a timeline that works for you.
How it works
Simple, and
yours to change.
Amount
You choose the total and the schedule. There is no minimum.
Timeline
Commonly one to three years, paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Reminders
We send a reminder before each installment. No automatic charges unless you set them up.
Changing it
Adjust, pause, or end a pledge at any time by email or phone. No explanation needed.
Designation
Unrestricted, or designated to the Residential Door or the Community Door.
Receipts
A receipt for each installment and a consolidated annual summary each January.
