The process

Four steps.

01

Send an inquiry

Use the form below, call, or ask a partner agency to refer you. No documents needed yet.

02

A conversation

Within 7-14 business days, someone reaches out to talk through your situation and whether this program fits. If it does not, we help you look at other options.

03

Application and intake

We complete the application together and walk through what living here involves — cost, expectations, and what you can expect from us.

04

Move in

You settle in first. Planning starts once you have had time to breathe.

A note on safety

If someone else has access to your phone or email, give us a contact method that is safe for you and tell us when it is safe to reach you. Every page here has a Quick Exit button, and pressing Escape twice leaves the site immediately.

For referring partners

Referring a family?

Agencies, clinics, schools, congregations, and caseworkers can refer directly. Tell us what the family needs and how best to reach them.
